Kenpo Karate
Kenpo Karate is known for explosive speed and power and features fast hand and foot combinations intended for practical self-defense. Arkansas College Of Martial Arts in Lowell is the only school in the state associated with the American Kenpo Karate Federation founded by legendary Kenpo teacher, Mohamad Tabatabai, a personal student of Kenpo Founder, Ed Parker.
Adult Self Defense
Learning self-defense should be enjoyable. The training begins simply and focuses on relaxation, progressing to a level with which you are comfortable. Martial arts study provides excellent conditioning as body movements develop coordination, increase strength and promote flexibility.
