Coordination Set 1
Note: The Coordination Set 1 consists of ten sets of the same actions. The first two are executed facing 12, the second to 9, the third to 6, the fourth to 3, and the final two are back toward 12. The left foot is the pivot except for when it is lifted to kick or step down into a training horse stance.
Start from a meditating horse stance facing 12:00
1. Drop R foot back to 6:00 to face12:00 in a L neutral bow as you simultaneously deliver a L outward block and a R back elbow strike.
2. Turn your outward block into a L punch to the head.
3. Shift into a L forward bow while delivering a R reverse punch to the solar plexus and a L back elbow strike.
4. Simultaneously deliver a R rear leg front snap kick to the groin and L punch to the head with a R back elbow strike.
5. Plant into a L forward bow while delivering a R reverse punch to the solar plexus with a L back elbow strike.
