FIVE SWORDS (front right step-through punch)
1. Step forward and slightly to your L (to 11:00) with your R foot (to a neutral bow) to check inside opponent’s R knee and deliver double inward handsword strikes to his punching R arm.
2. Immediately strike to opponent’s R neck with your R outward chop as your L checks.
3. L palm heel to opponent’s chin as your R fist cocks to your R hip. This is done while you pivot into a right forward bow.
4. Deliver a R uppercut to opponent’s solar plexus as your L hand chambers over and you pivot to a R neutral bow.
5. If necessary, slide your L foot behind to 4:30 as you execute a L outward handsword to L side of opponent’s neck. Your R hand is cocked high.
6. Pivot into a R neutral bow to 10:00 to pull opponent in as you execute a R inward handsword to the back of his neck.
7. From your checking position, execute a L inward claw to the R side of opponent’s face to bring him upright.
8. Pivot into a R reverse bow as you execute a R outward upward diagonal handsword to the R side of opponent’s neck.
9. From your R reverse bow, execute a R rear rising stiff-leg kick to opponent’s groin.
10. Land in a R front crossover and cover out towards 4:00.
ATTACKING MACE (right step-through punch)
1. Drop back with your R foot toward 6:00 into a L neutral bow stance, facing 12:00, as you execute a L inward block to the outside of opponent’s R punch. During this action your R hand cocks to your hip (fist clenched and palm up).
2. Immediately pivot into a L forward bow stance as you execute a R straight thrust punch to the R lower ribcage of opponent. Your L hand is open as it checks your opponent’s R elbow.
3. Circle your R hand over and around your opponent’s R arm to grab the top of his wrist. Immediately pull him toward you while simultaneously delivering a R roundhouse kick to the groin. (Your L fist chamber palm up at your L hip).
4. Drop forward into a R neutral bow, facing 12:00, to simultaneously execute a L snapping diagonal punch to his R ribs.
DANCE OF DEATH (front straight right punch)
1. Step back with your R to 6:00 (into a L neutral bow) to get out of the line of attack. Simultaneously strike the outside of opponent’s R punch with your R /L parry.
2. Your L foot shuffles inside opponent’s R foot as you strike his chest or groin with a R uppercut (or handsword) as your L claw rakes his eyes.
3. Simultaneously, your R leg swings around inside and behind attacker’s L leg. Your L hands grabs back of opponent’s R knee and pulls up toward you as your R elbow strikes horizontally into opponent’s R rib cage and your R leg sweeps his L forward. Opponent falls flat on his back.
4. Execute a R backfist to your opponent’s L knee. (His L leg may come up unintentionally when he hits the ground.) Drop into a R wide kneel stance to take advantage of MOG and shoot a R downward handsword (or finger whip) into his groin.
5. Release your L hand grab to slide from opponent’s heel to press down to the top of the toes as your R hand grabs outside of his heel. Twist clockwise to sprain or fracture ankle and roll him over onto his stomach. Release his ankle.
6. Execute a L crossover heel stomp to his lower spine; step on him to cross to other side as you plant your R foot to 4:00.
7. L leg raises up into a one-legged stance. L leg pinch/stomps to opponent’s R kidney followed by R knifehand to back of his neck. (Your L hand checks over his back.)
8. Shoot a R stomp to front L of opponent’s head. As your R foot slides off, step over with your L and execute a R rear kick to his head. Cross out toward 10:00.
THUNDERING HAMMERS (front straight right punch)
1. Step to your L on a 45-degree angle (to 11:00) with your L foot into a L neutral bow as you strike with a L inward block to outside of opponent’s R arm (preferably at or above the elbow). Your R arm hangs naturally to the side at the ready.
2. Shuffle forward toward 12:00 and drop into a L wide kneel stance (to outside of opponent) so your R knee buckles outside of his and your R inward reverse hammer fist strikes horizontally across your opponent’s solar plexus. Quickly, your L fist cocks by your L ear, palm facing away from you.
3. As your R arm swings under to check behind his R shoulder, pivot to a R close kneel stance facing 4:00 so your L knee strikes the back of his R leg and your L hammer fist strikes down to his L kidney.
4. Pivot to your L (toward 1:00) into a L close kneel stance as you deliver a R knee drop to opponent’s calf and a R downward hammer fist to back of his neck; your L hand checks opponent’s R arm (L pushdown check).
5. Execute a quick R back fist to his R cheekbone. As you follow through, convert your strike into a R thumb rake across his eyes. Convert your rake to a R upward palm strike to turn opponent’s face away from you.
6. Circle your R hand counterclockwise to the R side of opponent’s face to grab his chin. As your R hand pulls chin counterclockwise, step your L foot to 2:00 into a R neutral bow to have your L hand force opponent’s R shoulder down, turning opponent’s body and forcing his back onto your R knee.
7. Execute a R inward overhead hammer fist to opponent’s sternum. From your R hammer fist, shoot a R inward forearm across opponent’s face as you execute a L knee kick to his back to “sandwich” his body.
8. Plant your L foot back to 2:00 as you allow opponent to fall to the ground. As he lands, execute a R inward downward looping round kick into his groin.
9. Instantly drop your R knee onto opponent’s solar plexus as you simultaneously execute a R vertical punch down to his face. (Your L hand positionally checks opponent’s R arm.) Finish with a R front kick to his face, step into a R front crossover toward 5:00 and cover out.
SLEEPER (front straight step-through right punch)
1. Standing naturally with feet together, step to your L on a 45-degree angle with your L foot (to 11:00) into a L neutral bow. Strike with a L inward block to outside of opponent’s R arm (preferably at or above the elbow) as your right arm hangs naturally to your side.
2. Pivot (in place) into a L forward bow as you deliver a R upward diagonal inner wrist strike to opponent’s L neck. Your L hand checks opponent’s R arm (bracing angle check).
3. Immediately step around with your R leg to back of opponent’s R leg to check it (into a modified horse stance) as your L hand grabs over your R wrist from back of opponent’s neck to apply pressure.
4. Pivot toward 10:00 into a L forward bow and immediately shift your L foot back to 4:00 while holding your opponent over your R leg (hold 11 seconds to put him to sleep).
5. If opponent attempts to rise after dropping, follow-up with a R vertical punch to his face simultaneously with a R knee drop (L close kneel) to his R ribs. (Your L hand checks down on opponent’s R arm.)
6. From point of contact, your R hand grabs opponent’s right shoulder to push as your L hand pulls on his R arm to pull it across his throat in order to turn him face down.
7. Raise up into a L neutral bow and pivot clockwise as you plant your R foot to the right of opponent’s body facing 10:00. Drop into a R close kneel to strike his L kidney with your L knee.
8. Pivot counterclockwise to execute a R downward looping round kick to the back of opponent’s groin.
9. Plant your R foot beside opponent’s L hip and drop into a L close kneel driving your R palm strike to the back of his head.
10. Bounce up to spin clockwise and execute a R stiff-leg sweep kick back into opponent’s head.
11. Step into a R front crossover and cover out towards 2:00.
LEAPING CRANE (front step through right punch)
1. With feet together, hop to your L (to 10:00) into a R crane stance (your R foot cocked to the inside portion of your L knee) as your L hand parries inward and your R middle knuckle fist (“dragon’s head”) rakes horizontally into opponent’s R floating ribs. Your R fist ends chambered horizontally across your waist on your L hip.
2. Deliver a R snapping knife-edge kick to outside of opponent’s R knee to buckle him in and turn him away.
3. As you plant your R foot (toward 2:00) behind opponent’s tailbone, deliver a R backfist to his L kidney, utilizing MOG.
4. Immediately deliver a R inward elbow strike (shuffle forward if needed) to opponent’s head as your L palm heel strikes to opposite side thus causing a sandwiching effect.
5. Circle your R hand clockwise to L side of opponent’s chin.
6. Without hesitation, shift into a R forward bow as your R hand pulls the chin and your L palm heel strikes his back to snap the neck.
7. Pivot into a R neutral bow to execute a R inverted hand sword to the R side of opponent’s neck.
8. Your R hand grabs opponent’s chin on R side of his face as your L presses inward on the back of his head.
9. As you snap the neck, shoot another R inverted hand sword into the bridge of his nose.
10. Your R middle fingers catch his R eye. Pull back as your L palm heel strikes his back and you R scoop kick his groin from behind before planting back (See CIRCLING DESTRUCTION).
11. L snap kick to the middle of opponent’s back to send him face down to the ground. L stomp his R ankle to break it.
12. Your R foot steps out to your R, away from opponent, for you to shoot a L lifting back kick to his face to raise him up.
13. Rotate into a L front twist stance and shoot a R round kick to the face.
12. Execute a R front crossover and cover out to 6:00.
GATHERING CLOUDS (front straight right punch)
1. With feet together, your L foot steps to 10:00 (into a L neutral bow) as your L hand parries your opponent’s R punch. Simultaneously deliver a R inward horizontal knuckle rake (palm up) to opponent’s R ribs. (See LEAPING CRANE.)
2. Follow through with the motion of your R hand to deliver a R horizontal outward chop to his R kidney.
3. Without hesitation move your R foot forward and inside of opponent’s R knee (between 10 and 11:00) so as to buckle. Simultaneously strike to opponent’s R ribcage with a R inward horizontal elbow strike without cocking. Keep your L hand up as a guard.
4. With your R leg between opponent’s, your L hand checks his R arm down as you do a R front scoop kick simultaneous with a R inward eye slice (plant your R foot back into a L neutral bow).
5. Execute a R/L front kick combination to opponent’s chest to move him backward.
6. Spin clockwise and, with your back to opponent, execute a R knife-edge kick to the inside of his R knee.
7. Plant your R foot and execute a L knife-edge kick to the inside of his L knee.
8. Pivot counterclockwise into a L neutral bow to execute a L backfist followed by a R palm heel claw to opponent’s face returning with a R reverse claw to the face again.
9. Rotate clockwise to execute a L back kick to opponent’s middle.
10. From the kick, step into a L crossover and cover out.
FLASHING MACE (front straight right punch)
1. With feet together, your R foot steps back to 6:00 (into a L neutral bow) as your L inward blocks outside opponent’s R punch at or above the elbow and your R outward blocks and glances off inside of his forearm to break. Immediately, after the block, cock your R hand above your R ear (palm out).
2. Step through with your R foot to 10:00 (into a transitional R neutral bow) as you deliver a R inward hammer strike to opponent’s face with your L hand still guarding.
3. Without hesitation, pivot counterclockwise facing 4:00 (into a L forward bow) and strike to opponent’s R ribcage with a L horizontal outward back knuckle strike. In the same motion, have your R hand execute an inverted handsword check down to opponent’s right elbow.
4. Switch to a L outward check (”waiter check”) as you drop your weight. Continue the motion of your R arm, without loss of motion, so it circles counterclockwise to a looping R overhead back knuckle strike to opponent’s face or temple.
5. Pivot clockwise into a R reverse bow to execute a R hammer fist to his R jaw followed by a L palm heel to his R shoulder blade.
6. Circle your R hand back in to execute a R inward diagonal downward hammer fist to his chest. (Opponent falls to the ground, head toward 10:00.)
7. Drag your L foot to 10:00 as you execute a R front kick to opponent’s face. 8. Land in a R front crossover. Pivot and execute a L spinning rear kick to opponent’s head.
9. Settle into a L front crossover and cover out.
FLASHING WINGS (front straight right punch)
1. Standing naturally with feet together, step out to a L neutral bow (to 11:00) as your L inward blocks on the outside of opponent’s R arm and your R fist chambers to your R hip.
2. Shift into a L close kneel as your L hand grabs opponent’s chin as your R inward horizontal elbow strikes into his R ribs and passes through.
3. Shift clockwise to execute a R horizontal outward elbow strike to opponent’s R shoulder blade as your L hand pulls his chin in.
4. Continue to pivot and deliver a R hooking chop to the back of opponent’s neck followed by a L check to pin his R arm down against himself.
5. Shift counterclockwise as your R lifting hand sword chops (thrusting with the palm up) to his throat.
6. Execute a L front crossover\R knife-edge sweep to opponent’s R leg (to spread him out) as your R hand grabs opponent’s chin. Your L arm rests on his back to control.
7. Bring your L hand up to control top of opponent’s head. Pull head back as you shoot a R knee kick to his spine.
8. As his body rotates and back arches, pull his chin toward you as your L hand pushes his head away from you (to break neck). Simultaneously, execute a R knife-edge kick to the back of his L knee.
9. Land in a R front crossover to 8:00 and cover out.
SHIELD AND MACE (front straight step-through right punch)
1. With feet together, move forward with your L foot (to 11:00) into a L neutral bow and shoot a R vertical outward block to opponent’s R arm while simultaneously delivering a L straight punch to opponent’s R ribs.
2. Pivot to your L and drop down into a L forward bow as you strike down with a R hammer fist (as your L hand checks his R arm) to upper part of opponent’s R kidney.
3. Drop into a L close kneel and circle your L hand clockwise to pin opponent’s R arm down as your R hand circles counterclockwise striking his face and eyes with a R looping inward palm heel claw.
4. Circle your R palm heel counterclockwise and over to chop back of opponent’s R knee to buckle the leg. (Your L hand executes an overlapping check.)
5. Follow with a step-through R knife-edge kick to back of opponent’s L knee.
6. Plant your R foot forward to 2:00 as your R hand continues its counterclockwise circle to execute a R claw to opponent’s face.
7. With opponent falling back to 10:00, grab his chin with your R hand and place your L hand on the side of his head. Holding him upright, execute a L knee strike to the back of his neck or skull.
8. Plant your L directly back to its point of origin as your R foot steps clockwise back to 10:00 into a L neutral bow facing 4:00. Your L hand pushes opponent’s head forward while your R hand pulls to snap his neck and spin him to face you.
9. Execute a R front kick up to opponent’s chin.
10. Land back into a L front crossover and cover out.
SWORD OF DESTRUCTION (left hooking punch)
1. With your feet together, step back with your L foot toward 6:00 into a R neutral bow stance, facing 12:00, as you simultaneously execute a R extended outward block to the L inner wrist of your opponent’s L punch. Your L hand should be in a positional check, covering your solar plexus.
2. Immediately slide your R foot back into a cat stance for a R front snap kick to your opponent’s groin.
3. Plant your R foot forward (to its point of origin) into a R neutral bow, facing 12:00. While employing Marriage of Gravity, execute a R inward handsword strike to the L side of your opponent’s neck.
SHIELDING HAMMER (front hooking left punch)
1. Standing naturally with feet together, step back with your L foot to 6:00 into a R neutral bow as you deliver a R extended outward block to the inside of opponent’s L hooking punch (at his forearm) as your L hand guards your R ribcage.
2. Immediately deliver a R inward raking back knuckle strike to opponent’s bridge of nose.
3. Shuffle forward while continuing the counter clockwise motion of your R hand and follow-up with a R horizontal elbow strike into opponent’s solar plexus as your L hand checks high for a possible rake to opponent’s eyes.
4. Immediately your L foot steps to 12:00 into a L front crossover as you execute a R downward hammerfist to his groin.
5. Unwind as you execute a R obscure elbow to opponent’s jaw while cocking your L hand. As you continue to pivot, your elbow will become a R upward palm claw across opponent’s face. As you settle into a L neutral bow, execute a L palm strike to opponent’s solar plexus. (Palm in).
6. Without disrupting your movement, continue to pivot and execute a R spinning rear kick to opponent’s groin.
7. Land forwards to 12:00, gauging the distance, and execute a L rear kick to opponent’s sternum.
8. Land back into a L front crossover and cover out to 6:00.
REVERSING MACE (Front Left Step-Through Punch)
1. Opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a L step-through straight punch.
2. Standing in a R neutral bow facing 12:00, your L foot steps back to 4:00 as you execute a R inward parry followed by a L outward parry [into a waiter's block] to your opponent’s L arm. Continue the motion of your R hand as you settle into a R neutral bow facing 10:00 and execute a R backfist to opponent’s L ribs.
3. Grab opponent’s L wrist with your L hand as you execute a R downward diagonal kick to back of his L leg.
4. Shuffle your R foot behind opponent to execute a R sidekick to buckle his R leg. As your L foot steps behind your R, shoot a R downward hammerfist to his sternum. (Your L hand checks opponent’s L arm.)
5. Loop your R arm over his L to pull it back as you unwind counterclockwise (turning 360 degrees). Execute a L horizontal elbow to back of opponent’s head as you settle into a L neutral bow facing 11:00.
6. Your L hand reaches around R side of opponent’s face to grab his chin. Your R foot shuffles forward to 12:00 then pivots into a L forward bow toward 6:00 as you execute a R forward punch to opponent’s R jaw while your L checks.
7. With both hands, grab opponent’s shoulders, pull back and execute a R knee kick to opponent’s spine.
9. From the position of the kick, your R foot steps across to execute a R stomp to opponent’s ankle.
10. Slide your R foot off opponent’s ankle into a crossover and continue to cover out.
ALTERNATE: REPEATING MACE (front left step-through punch or middle push)
1. Standing naturally, have your L foot slide back to 4:00 into a R neutral bow. Simultaneously have your L hand parry (left palm is up) outside of opponent’s L wrist as you deliver a R inward “dragon’s head” knuckle to his L kidney followed by a R back fist to his L ribs as you settle.
2. Grab opponent’s L shoulder with your R hand as your L grabs his wrist. Immediately, shift your weight onto your L leg and deliver a R looping downward round-house kick (utilizing the R instep) to compliment the angle of the thigh and strike the top of opponent’s L calf. Your R palm immediately checks down onto opponent’s L arm.
3. Plant your R foot to point of origin and step your L foot to 10:00 into a L front crossover as you simultaneously execute (from point of origin) a R back knuckle strike that travels up to strike his face.
4. Pivot into a L neutral bow to execute a L palm strike to opponent’s jaw.
5. Immediately pivot clockwise to execute a R spinning rear kick to his mid-section knocking him to the ground.
6. Hop on your L foot between opponent’s legs (your back is to him) to execute a R rear scoop kick to his L knee.
7. Follow with a R inward downward stomp kick to the inside of his R knee.
8. Plant your R foot to the inside of opponent’s R leg as you instantly execute a L rear crossover heel stomp to his groin.
9. Shoot a R side kick to opponent’s face. Land in a R crossover and cover out.
SHIELD AND SWORD (Front Left Step-Through Punch)
1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a L step-through punch.
2. Step your R foot to 2:00 as you simultaneously execute a R/L outward parry to the outside of opponent’s punch and cock your R handsword high.
3. Pivot into a R neutral bow facing 9:00 as you execute a R inward hand sword to the back of opponent’s neck.
4. Shift into a R forward bow to 12:00 as you execute a L inward elbow to opponent’s ribs.
5. Step your L foot to 4:00 into a R neutral bow facing 10:00 as you execute a L outward hooking parry to opponent’s L arm and a R inward hammer fist to his L kidney.
6. Shoot a R round kick to opponent’s R kidney.
7. Have your R foot land for an instant as you shift your L foot to 3:00 and shuffle in towards 10:00 to execute a R knife-edge kick to the back of opponent’s R knee to buckle it.
8. Land forward and gauge as you execute a L front scoop kick to opponent’s groin from the rear.
9. Plant and position your L foot for proper angle and distance as you execute a R knife-edge kick to opponent’s spine.
10. Land in a R front crossover and pivot to execute a L spinning rear kick to opponent’s tailbone (towards 9:00).
11. Land in a L front crossover and cover out to 2:00.
CIRCLING DESTRUCTION (Front Left Step-Through Punch)
1. While in a R neutral bow, move your R foot to 2:00 to deliver a R inward/L outward hooking parry (palm up) to outside of opponent’s L punch. In the same motion, deliver a R back knuckle strike to his L ribs (See REVERSING MACE).
2. Shift your L foot to 4:00 (into a R modified neutral bow) as your L palm heel strikes inward to opponent’s face to turn it away. Immediately follow with a R chop to back of his neck.
3. Deliver a R front scoop kick to opponent’s groin simultaneous with a L outward palm heel thrust to his back as your R fingers hook his R eye.
4. Your R foot steps back quickly to 4:00 then goes forward toward 10:00 as you simultaneously execute a R knife-edge kick to opponent’s L leg kick followed by a R inward elbow and a L heel palm strike to “sandwich” his head.
5. Shuffle forward to push with both of your hands on opponent’s back, shoving towards 10:00 to knock him to the ground.
6. Your L foot slides up as you execute a R stomp to opponent’s lower back (slide off to R) followed with a L front crossover stomp to the back of his neck.
7. Slide your L foot to L side of opponent’s head (your R foot has slid off to the R side of opponent’s hip) and shoot a R palm heel to the back of his head.
8. Leap into the air, rotating your body clockwise to execute a L inward looping round kick into opponent’s head.
9. Cross over and cover out.
ATTACKING SPEAR (front right hooking punch)
1. Slide L foot out to L forward bow to check attacker’s R knee and shoot a L knife parry block to his R wrist.
2, Immediately, convert your L hand into a spear-hand (palm down) into his throat.
3. Follow up with a R vertical spear-hand to solar plexus, L knife-hand strike to L side of his neck.
4. Drop into a R close-kneel stance for a R vertical punch into his groin. R hand converts to a rising Crane strike to chin followed by a two-arm break to R knee.
FIVE MACE (front right hooking punch)
1. Slide R foot inside to check attacker’s R knee and shoot a R vertical punch to his R bicep.
2. R hammerfist to down to groin; R hammer fist to solar plexus.
3. L vertical punch to face; R corkscrew hammer-punch to side of head or temple.
4. Grab opponent’s R arm with your L and shoot R palm heel to chin as your R leg steps behind his R leg and sweeps. As you land in horse stance, your L hand presses his L elbow down on your L knee to dislocate shoulder. Finish with a R axe kick straight up/down to sternum.
RAINING CLAW (front uppercut right punch)
1. Step back (to 6:00) with your L foot (into a R neutral bow) to deliver a R inward/downward block to R forearm of opponent’s uppercut. Your L hand guards high to protect your head.
2. Immediately shoot a L overhead claw (palm heel) to opponent’s nose then rake down his face as your R elbow stays close to your body.
3. Have your R fist circle clockwise and execute a R backfist to opponent’s face while your L hand guards.
4. Execute a L three-finger thrust to his eyes followed by a R half-fist (palm up) to his throat. Immediately, circle your R hand counterclockwise on the inside of your L arm to execute a R backfist to his chest.
5. Your L foot steps behind to 3:00 as your R backfist goes through opponent’s L ribs and continues under his L arm. (Your L hand checks opponent’s L elbow.)
6. Execute a L vertical armlock with your R arm as your L hand grips his wrist and you drop into a R forward bow.
7. Your L knee kicks his face then plants to 6:00 as your hands snap opponent’s L elbow.
8. Your R foot steps back clockwise to 6:00 as your R hand assists your L in putting opponent’s in hammer lock. Yank his L arm forward (toward you) to dislocate the shoulder and force him to the ground face down.
11. Leap counterclockwise into a close-kneel stance facing 9:00 to execute a R knee down onto opponent’s neck.
12. Cross out towards 4:00.
GLANCING WING (front left uppercut punch)
1. While in a R neutral bow, simultaneously deliver a R inward palm block to opponent’s L uppercut while delivering a L vertical fist to his face.
2. Immediately hook your R palm heel claw up and across opponent’s face then down and outside (clockwise) his L arm to deliver a R chopping uppercut punch to opponent’s L ribcage. Your L hand checks his L arm throughout.
3. Still in a R neutral bow, your L hand still checks opponent’s L arm as your R inward finger scrapes across his eyes.
4. Your R hand comes down to check his L arm in order to turn opponent toward you again.
5. Immediately, shuffle forward to deliver a R horizontal elbow and L palm heel (“sandwich”) to opponent’s jaw.
6. Slide your R forearm down to scrape opponent’s face then reverse the motion to execute a lifting R back fist up to his nose. Simultaneously, execute an R upward outward diagonal crescent knee kick to his ribs.
7. Drop your R foot into a stomp to opponent’s L foot. Bounce up and execute a R side kick to the inside of his R knee.
8. Plant your R foot forward for a R palm heel to his head combined with a R scoop kick to his throat.
9. As your R foot lands back, shoot R inward downward looping round kick to the back of his L knee.
10. Step away into a R front crossover and cover out to 4:00.
THRUST INTO DARKNESS (left punch directly from the rear)
1. As opponent attacks from the rear with a L punch, step forward with your R foot toward 12:00 into a L reverse close cat stance (to give you distance) and immediately deliver a L back kick toward 7:00 to his stomach thus causing him to bend forward.
2. With your L foot still in the air, plant it to 6:00 into a wide L rear kneeling stance and immediately pivot counter clockwise (ending in a L neutral bow facing opponent at 6:00). Without hesitation, deliver a R front spin kick toward 6:00 to opponent’s jaw or sternum (opponent should be bending forward at this point toward 12:00).
3. Plant your R foot forward into a R neutral bow toward 6:00. Assuming that the kick forced your opponent back, do a L front crossover toward 7:00 and R side kick to inside of opponent’s L knee to turn him away, kneeling.
4. Plant your R foot forward (R forward bow) toward 7:00 to deliver simultaneously a R back knuckle thrust to opponent’s R temple and a L vertical thrust punch to opponent’s R ribs.
5. R front crossover and cover out toward 2:00.
6. L rear crossover to return with a R back kick to opponent’s back toward 7:00.
7. R front crossover and cover out twice toward 2:00.
