Salutation.  Start from a meditative horse stance facing 12 :00

1. R foot steps forward into a R neutral bow for a R inward block to inside of opponent?s forearm and L back elbow strike.
Loop the block down and forward into a R outward handsword opponent?s neck at 12:00.  Shift into a forward bow and execute a L horizontal four finger thrust to the eyes. (Your R hand should be cocked at your hip palm open.) As you rotate back to a R neutral bow, execute a mid-range R vertical hand spear to the solar plexus.
2. L foot steps forward into a L neutral bow for a L inward block and R back elbow strike. Loop the block into a L outward handsword to 12:00.  Shift into a forward bow and execute a R four finger horizontal thrust to the eyes. (Your L hand should be cocked at your hip, palm open.) As you rotate back to a L neutral bow, execute a mid-range L vertical hand spear to the solar plexus.
3. L foot comes back to your R as you face 12:00 in a cat stance. Your fists are cocked at your right hip, L on top, R on bottom; palms facing each other (cup and saucer.) Your L foot slides toward 9:00 into a L neutral bow as you execute a L vertical outward block and a R straight thrust punch to opponent?s solar plexus.  (Your opponent has executed a R step-through punch).  Follow up with a L straight thrust punch to opponent?s face as your R clenched fist chambers at your R hip, palm up.  Having turned opponent slightly to his L, shoot a R straight thrust punch to his R ribs as your L fist returns to your hip, palm up.  Immediately, execute a L lifting knife-edge kick to opponent?s R shin combined with your L vertical punch to his R lower ribs as your R fist chambers to your R hip, palm up.
4. Slide your R foot back into a R cat stance facing 12:00. (Your fists should be at your L hip, R on top, palms facing each other.)   Your R foot slides to 3:00 into a R neutral bow as you execute a R vertical outward block and a L straight thrust punch. Follow up with a R straight thrust punch to opponent?s face as your L clenched fist chambers at your L hip, palm up.  Having turned opponent slightly to his R, shoot a L straight thrust punch to his L ribs as your R fist returns to your hip, palm up.  Immediately, execute a R lifting knife-edge kick to opponent?s L shin combined with your R vertical punch to his L lower ribs as your L fist chambers to your L hip, palm up.
5. Have your L foot slide back and to your R to 4:00 into a L rear twist stance.  Pivot counterclockwise into a L neutral bow (facing 6:00) as you execute a L downward block combined with a R inward block (universal block) while keeping your upper body erect.  (Opponent is attacking with R straight kick, L punch combination.  You are blocking both.)  Opponent now plants forward with his R foot executing a R straight punch toward your face.  Pivot to a L forward bow to execute a L upward block (that becomes an upward parry, hand open) under his R punch.  Simultaneously deliver a R rolling underhand hammerfist to his groin.  With opponent now bending forward, pivot into a L neutral bow as you execute a L overhead heel palm claw to his face while your R arm checks horizontally (fist clenched, palm down, under your L elbow).
Flow into a R outward diagonal back knuckle strike (using rolling action) to your opponent?s R temple.  Repeat rolling action with your L then another R back knuckle strike to opponent?s temples.  (Continue to use free hand to check while other hand strikes).
6.  Slide your R foot back and to your L into a R rear twist stance.  Pivot clockwise into a R neutral bow (facing 12:00) as you execute a R downward block with a L inward block (universal block) while keeping your upper body erect. (Opponent is attacking with L straight kick, R punch combination.  You are blocking both.) hand chambers on your R hip (fist clenched, palm up).  This block is done on the outside of opponent?s L step-through kick.  With opponent?s body forced to his R, continue the action of your L hand so that it converts into a L looping back knuckle strike to his R temple at the moment his L foot plants.  Pivot into a L forward bow (facing 4:30) as you execute a R straight thrust punch to opponent?s R ribs as your L fist cocks on your L hip (palm up).  Execute a R step-through front snap ball kick to opponent?s groin (from the rear) combined with a L thrusting straight punch to his L ribs as your R fist cocks on your R hip (palm up).  Plant your R foot forward to 4:00 into a transitional R neutral bow as you immediately pivot into a R fighting horse to buckle opponent?s L leg while executing a R thrusting vertical punch to his L ribs.  Have your L fist cock to your L hip (palm up).
8.  Your R foot V steps (transitory cat stance) and moves to 8:00 into a R neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a R downward block as your L fist cocks on your L hip (palm up).  The block is done on the outside of opponent?s R leg as he executes a R step-through kick.  With his body forced to turn to his L, continue the action of your R hand so that it converts into a R looping back knuckle strike to his L temple at the moment his R foot plants. Pivot into a R forward bow (facing 8:00) as you execute a L straight thrust punch to opponent?s L ribs as your R fist cocks on your R hip (palm up).  Execute a L step-through front snap ball kick to opponent?s groin (from the rear) combined with a R thrusting straight punch to his R ribs as your R fist cocks on your R hip (palm up).  Plant your L foot forward to 4:00 into a transitional L neutral bow as you immediately pivot into a L fighting horse to buckle opponent?s R leg while executing a L thrusting vertical punch to his R ribs.  Have your R fist cock to your R hip (palm up).

11.  Still facing 10:00, your L foot steps back toward 4:00 into a R front twist stance as you execute a L inside downward block (palm up) to the outside of opponent?s R step-through kick. Your R fist chambers on your R hip.  Pivot counterclockwise into a R fighting horse stance (still facing 10:00) while you snap a R vertical punch to opponent?s R ribs.  Your L fist chambers on your L hip.
Still facing 10:00, rour R foot steps back toward 4:00 into a L front twist stance as you execute a R inside downward block (palm up) to the outside of opponent?s L step-through kick.  Your L fist chambers on your R hip.  Pivot counterclockwise into a L fighting horse stance (still facing 10:00) while you snap a L vertical punch to opponent?s L ribs.  Your R fist chambers on your R hip.
12. Your R foot steps back toward 8:00 into a L fighting horse (facing 2:00) while you execute a L inside downward block (palm down) to the outside of opponent?s R step-through kick.  Your R fist chambers on your R hip.  Continue the counterclockwise motion of your L arm to bring your elbow into your hip for a L vertical snapping back knuckle strike to opponent?s R temple.
Still facing 2:00, your L foot steps back toward 8:00 into a R fighting horse while you execute a R inside downward block (palm down) to the outside of opponent?s L step-through kick.  Your L fist chambers on your L hip.  Continue the counterclockwise motion of your R arm to bring your elbow into your hip for a R vertical snapping back knuckle strike to opponent?s L temple.
13.  Pivot into a R neutral bow (facing 2:00).  Pivot into a R forward bow as you execute a L push-down block on top of opponent?s R step-through knee kick.  Your R fist chambers at your R hip.  Your R foot turns out into a R twist stance as your L foot steps through to 2:00 into a L neutral bow as you execute a L outward overhead elbow strike to opponent?s chest flowing into a heel palm claw to the face.
Still facing 2:00, pivot into a L forward bow as you execute a R push-down block on top of opponent?s L step-through knee kick.  Your L fist chambers at your R hip.  Your L foot turns out into a L twist stance as your R foot steps through to 2:00 into a L neutral bow as you execute a R outward overhead elbow strike to opponent?s chest flowing into a heel palm claw to the face.
Still facing 2:00, pivot in a R forward bow as you execute a L push-down block on top of your opponent?s R step-through knee kick.  R fist cocks on your R hip.  Your R foot turns out into a R twist stance as your L foot steps through into a L neutral bow as you execute a L outward overhead elbow strike to opponent?s chest flowing into a heel palm claw to the face.
14.  Still facing 2:00, pivot into a L forward bow as you quickly thrust a R straight punch to opponent?s stomach.  (This action should cause opponent to bend forward.)  As he attempts to grab your waist, pivot into a L neutral bow and deliver a L inward forearm strike to the R side of his head.
15.  Your L foot steps back toward 8:00 (into a twist stance) to pivot into a R neutral bow facing 2:00.  During this action your L hand grabs opponent?s hair to control and pull him forward.  Release hair grab just prior to delivering a R inward overhead elbow strike to the base of his skull.  At the moment of your R elbow strike have your L fist cock on your L hip.
Your R foot steps back toward 8:00 (into a twist stance) to pivot into a L neutral bow facing 2:00.  During this action your R hand grabs opponent?s hair to control and pull him forward.  Release hair grab just prior to delivering a L inward overhead elbow strike to the base of his skull.  At the moment of your L elbow strike have your R fist cock on your R hip.
16.  Your L foot steps back so it lines up with your R to drop into a training horse stance (facing 12:00).  Execute a R inward horizontal elbow strike/L inward horizontal palm heel ?sandwich? to opponent?s head.
Execute twin outward elbow strikes at your shoulder level to heads of flanking opponents.  Then simultaneously execute a L upward elbow strike (under chin of front opponent) with a R back elbow strike (to solar plexus of rear opponent).
