Stance Set 2

This set is based on stances so they, along with the hand positions, are very important.
Unless otherwise noted, your hands remain open as you face 12:00 throughout the set.

Begin from a meditating horse stance.

1, Your R foot steps to 12:00 into a R forward bow; as your hands check, R upward block and L palm strike to chest.
2. Shift into a R neutral bow, open hands checking inward to front.
3. Pull your R foot to a cat stance; your hands checking, the R circling down (palm in) to check your R side as your L (palm out) protects high on same side.
4. Lift your R leg into a L crane stance as your R hand (palm down) checks over your R thigh and your L rises as an upward/outward block.
5. Your R foot steps behind your L into a twist stance as your L hand comes down to check your chest as your R guards low.
6. Unwind into a L neutral bow, open hands checking.
7. Sink into a L wide kneel stance; hands checking, the L high (outward) and the R low (diagonally opposite).
8. Shift back into a L close kneel (forward), open hands checking (L over R).
9. Shift into a L neutral bow then a L reverse bow, the L hand circling to protect the groin from the rear as your R goes into an upward block (both hands open).
10. Your L foot steps to 6:00 into a front crossover going backwards as you execute a L overhead hand claw [that circles and strikes]. Your R hand drops into a check.
11. Unwind and adjust so you are in a R neutral bow facing 12:00, open hands checking (L over R).
12, Your L foot steps to 12:00 into a L forward bow; as your hands check, L upward block and R palm strike to chest.
13. Shift into a L neutral bow, open hands checking inward to front.
14. Pull your L foot to a cat stance; your hands checking, the L circling down (palm in) to check your L side as your R (palm out) protects high on same side.  15. Lift your L leg into a R crane stance as your L hand (palm down) checks over your L thigh and your R rises as an upward/outward block.
16. Your L foot steps behind your R into a twist stance as your R hand comes down to check your chest as your L guards low.
17. Unwind into a R neutral bow, open hands checking.
18. Sink into a R wide kneel stance; hands checking, the R high (outward) and the L low (diagonally opposite).
19. Shift back into a R close kneel (forward), open hands checking (R over L).
21. Your R foot steps to 6:00 into a front crossover going backwards as you execute a R overhead hand claw [that circles and strikes]. Your L hand drops into a check.
22. Unwind and adjust so you are in a L neutral bow facing 12:00, open hands checking (R over L).
23. Jump off your L foot, leap forward into a diamond stance (facing 12:00) as your feet crush opponent?s kidneys.  Bend over to execute double palm heel strikes down to his head.  Cross crane palms R over L to grab attacker?s head.
24. Straighten up and shift feet out into a horse (?concave?) stance as you pull both hands back to chamber to snap opponent?s neck.
25. Sink down into a L close kneel stance (toward 9:00) as your R vertical punch shoots straight down and your L hand guards high.
26. Pivot to a R close kneel stance (toward 3:00) as your L vertical punch shoots straight down and your R hand guards high.
27. R foot crosses over (to 10:00) to stomp as you shoot a R downward hammer fist.  Your L foot steps out into a horse stance.
28. L foot crosses over (to 2:00) to stomp as you shoot a L downward hammer fist.  Your R foot then steps out into a horse stance.
29. R hand up blocks as your L checks across chest (open hands).  The hands reverse themselves. 30. Your L two-finger slice goes out to opponent?s eye (R hand still guards chest).  Switch hands as your R two-finger slice attacks other eye as your L guards chest.
31. Step back with your L foot as your R comes up to crane stance and L hand guards high and away as R guards over your knee.
32. Step back with R foot as your L comes up to crane stance and R hand guards high and away as L guards low knee.

L foot steps down to meditating horse stance.  Salute and close.
